Nergis Büyükkınacı, who completed her undergraduate education (B.Sc.) at Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration, started her career in Novartis Turkey. She attended the Marketing Management Certificate Program at Cavendish College in England in 2002 and completed the Economics Department Master's (M.A.) program at Boğaziçi University on her return homeland.

She started her service as Assistant Specialist at Exporters' Associations in 2005 and continued as Fairs and Foreign Relations Specialist and Chief, Mining Sector Branch Manager, CRM and Member Relations Branch Manager, and Aegean Exporters' Unions Assistant General Secretary. Ms. Büyükkıncı organized events such as domestic and international fairs, procurement and trade delegations, roadshows, exhibitions, and design competitions for 11 years and implemented several European Union, Development Agency, Turquality, UR-GE, Strategy, R&D, and Innovation projects.

Ms. Büyükkınacı served as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Incentives, Human Resources, Accounting, and Finance units at TG Expo Group of Companies between the years 2016-2021. At the same time, she worked with Expoland Turizm ve Seyahat Hizmetleri A.Ş. and attended as the General Secretary of the Association of Foreign Fair Organizers between 2018-2020.

Ms. Büyükkınacı, who is a member of Bilkent and Boğaziçi University Alumni Associations, has been working as the Head of the Corporate Relations Group at TÜRSAB since July 2022.
