DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND MEDIA COMMUNICATION

Mesut Kanat, who graduated from Yeditepe University, Department of International Relations and Political Science, started his career at NTV in 1997. He worked as a reporter, editor, and newscaster at ATV News Center and Show TV News Center for many years. Mr. Kanat was awarded the Reporter of the Year and News of the Year awards. He worked as a manager in the establishment of many television channels. He undertook the production of the economic program which is named "Bu İşte Para Var" broadcast on Show TV and Sky Türk. By founding his agency in 2013, he prepared commercials, TV programs, documentaries, and economy programs; in addition to these projects, he also acted as a presenter, producer, and director.
With his operations in the event sector, he organized international music festivals. Mr. Kanat took part in communication activities and election campaigns of political campaigns. He worked as a strategic communication consultant for many international brands.
Between the years 2015 and 2018, he was responsible for the election campaign of Firuz B. Bağlıkaya, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TÜRSAB.
Currently serving as TÜRSAB Information Technologies and Media Communications Group President; Mr. Kanat is a member of the Beşiktaş Club Congress.
