DIRECTORATE OF AUDIT

The Audit Unit is responsible for the implementation of inspections and inspections on behalf of the Association and with the authority of the Board of Directors on all matters that are among the duties of the Union in the provisions of the Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies Union Law No. 1618, the Travel Agencies Regulation and the Travel Agencies Association Regulation.

The Audit Unit governs the activities of the travel agency without a business license and creates the protocols that will be the basis for administrative and penal actions, examines the acquiescence with the legislation in the establishment and change of address of the workplaces of the travel agencies, reviews the acquiescence with the legislation regarding the activities of the travel agencies and, where deemed necessary, the examinations given by the Board of Directors.
