CHANGE OF PARTNERS, BOARD OF DIRECTORS, COMPANY MANAGER, REPRESENTATION AND SIGNATORY
PROCESS OF APPLICATION
Travel agencies that request a change in partner, board member, or authorized signatory must apply to our Union with the documents listed below. After the submitted documents are completed, an examination and evaluation are carried out by our Union on the qualifications of the travel agency owners as determined under the title "Qualifications of Travel Agency Owners" in Article 8 of Law No. 1618, based on the criminal record declaration (Attachment-2) for the natural person who has just begun a relationship with the travel agency. If a positive opinion is obtained, the file regarding the change application is forwarded by our Union to the Ministry.

- A document containing the signature samples of a representative of an organization or institution, either original or notarized copy.
- Trade Registry Certificate
A certificate prepared in accordance with Article 16 of the Trade Registry Regulation;
MERSIS number, trade name, the name and surname of the owner of the commercial enterprise in the case of real person commercial enterprises, place of residence and identification number, the center of the enterprise, the address of the branch offices along with the center address of the enterprise, the business area of the enterprise, the capital allocated to the enterprise, and the persons authorized to represent the enterprise at the time the document is issued.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Does a change in the shareholder of a joint-stock company require an application to TÜRSAB?
According to Article 27 of the Travel Agencies Regulation, there is no need to apply to our Union for the shareholders of joint-stock companies.
2. Which changes require this application?
In the case of travel agencies owned by joint-stock companies, changes in the board members or authorized persons, in limited companies, changes in the company directors or authorized persons, and in other companies, changes in all partners or authorized persons require this application to be made.
