ANNOUNCEMENT ON COLLABORATION REGARDING GUARANTEE LETTERS WITH GARANTI BANK
Dear Members,
Garanti Bank has announced a pricing arrangement valid until 16.06.2027 for the guarantee letter requirements of our travel agencies, offering a minimum commission of 8,000 TL regardless of amount and a commission rate of 1%.

Features of Guarantee Letters
Guarantee letters can be issued as either term or open-ended.
Depending on the nature of the work, they may be issued as definitive, temporary, or advance payment guarantees.
In terms of content, guarantee letters may be issued for VAT refunds, customs procedures, court cases, goods procurement, dealership guarantees, and commitment-related works.
How to Obtain a Guarantee Letter
To obtain a guarantee letter, applications can be made via Garanti BBVA Mobile and Internet Banking or through Garanti BBVA branches. Within your available limits, you may receive your guarantee letter either in physical form or electronically for delivery to the relevant counterparty.
Customers classified as tradesmen, SMEs, and commercial clients with established limits at our bank can easily apply via Garanti BBVA Mobile and Corporate Internet Banking for guarantee letter types such as goods procurement, rent, insurance agency, court, enforcement, VAT refund, customs, commitment works, Turkish Eximbank, and tender letters. Active guarantee letters can also be extended via mobile and internet banking channels.
Authorization Settings for Guarantee Letters
For sole proprietorship customers, no authorization setup is required. You may apply for guarantee letters without visiting a branch.
For corporate customers, if no authorization setup exists, you may contact your branch to complete the necessary arrangements. Once completed, you can perform guarantee letter applications and transactions within your limits via Garanti BBVA Mobile and Corporate Internet Banking.
