Hakan Bayındır, who was born in Şanlıurfa in 1974, graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration after continuing his university life for three years in the civil engineering department. After working in family businesses for a short time, he started his professional career as a manager in an international company.

He switched to the tourism sector in 2005 and became the founder of Gita Tur. Mr. Bayındır became a solution partner in the Mediterranean Olympics held in Mersin and took place as a solution partner in many national and international organizations within Gita Tur. 

After participating at all levels in TÜRSAB Regional Representative Boards between the years 2011-2018, he has been serving as the Chairman of the TÜRSAB Mersin Regional Representative Board since June 2018.

Mr. Bayındır is a Member of the Mersin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a Member of the Council of Travel Agencies and Guides in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, a Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Confederation of Young Businessmen of Turkey, a Member of the Board of the Mersin Tourism Operators Association, and a Treasurer of the Board of Mersin GİAD. He is fluent in English. Bayındır is married and has two children.
 

Eşref Şentürk was born in 1963. He has provided services in many areas of tourism, including personnel transportation, student transportation, Hajj and Umrah, outgoing, domestic tourism, and air ticket sales in the tourism sector since 1990. He started Birey Turizm Seyahat Acentası in 2005 and he is still the Chairman of the Board of Directors of this company. He took part in particular NGOs. Mr. Şentürk served as a Member of the Hajj and Umrah Committee, Advisor to the President of TÜRSAB, and Chairman of the TÜRSAB Asia Regional Representation Board. He is married and has a child.

Tülay Salihoğlu was born in 1969 in Berlin. She graduated from Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Tourism in 1990. She finished her internship during her school years in the leading hotels in Antalya. Between the years 1991 and 2009, she worked as the sales and marketing manager of many 5-star hotels in Istanbul for almost 20 years. She has been operating her tourism career as the owner of a Profession Tourism Travel Agency since 2009. She specializes in the MICE-Incoming and Outgoing tourism segments. She is a member of Skal Istanbul and TUED Associations. Previously, Ms. Salihoğlu served as a member of the Board of Directors. She is married and the mother of two children.
