TÜRSAB ACADEMY

In today's world, where knowledge is becoming increasingly valuable, the need for continuous learning is coming to the forefront as education and personal development gain more importance than ever. Although technological and digital opportunities facilitate access to information, the diversification, deepening, and continuous development of specialized fields make vocational training indispensable for individuals to enhance their competencies and adapt to changing conditions. Especially in tourism, which is the backbone of the service sector, the expectations for meeting the need for qualified personnel are increasing day by day.

Starting from this reality, TÜRSAB Academy has been intensively working since 2016 to ensure that travel agency employees become more equipped and to contribute to their development, in line with the vision, mission, values, and strategies of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (https://www.tursab.org.tr/about-us). Organizing training programs for young people who want to enter the tourism sector, TÜRSAB Academy also conducts internal training sessions to further enhance the professional skills of TÜRSAB employees.

Within the framework of TÜRSAB Academy; various training events are organized on many different topics with professional training institutions and instructors to develop the professional knowledge and skills required by the managers and employees of travel agencies who are members of our Union, to contribute to their performance, and to support their development processes. The trainings are planned with the needs of the industry in mind.

In the educational efforts carried out with a broad perspective and vision, training sessions, experience sharing, and informational activities are being implemented with expert names from various sectors, ranging from academics to industry representatives, and from tourism stakeholders to business partners.

As the trainings are aimed at closed groups, they are also shared with interested parties through our Union's other communication channels, primarily TÜRSAB TV.
