Oya Ebru Küçükel was born in 1983. After completing his primary and secondary education in Ankara, she continued her high school education in Istanbul. Then, she started his higher education at Kültür University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, and continued at Bahçeşehir University, Department of Business Administration in English. She has been working in various travel agencies in the tourism sector since 2007, and she started Ebiturizm in 2013. She also served as the 23rd Term TÜRSAB Europe BTK Board Member, and the 24th Term TÜRSAB Supervisory Board Member. She continues incoming-outgoing activities with Meby Travel company in Dubai, which she founded in 2022.
Küçükel, who is married and the mother of two children, is a member of the Florya Turkish Mothers Association and Bakırköy Voluntary Environmentalists Association, and also works as a volunteer for stray animals.


Esra Başeksioğlu was born in Ankara in 1974. After completing his middle and high school education at Ankara Private Yükseliş College, he graduated from Ankara University's Department of Chemical Engineering and Başkent University's Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. In 2008, he co-founded 28Anse Tourism, which began operating in both the outgoing and domestic markets. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Asian Regional Representation Board in the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th terms. She is currently a member of the Turkish Soroptimist Clubs Federation.


Born in 1969 in Germany, Ertan Demirbaş began his career in the tourism sector after completing his accounting education and subsequently receiving foreign language training. Following experience gained in the retail and merchandising branches of the sector, he went on to hold sales consultancy and senior management positions at various companies until 2004.
Having focused on travel agency operations from 2004 onward, Demirbaş served as a Regional Representation Board Member within TÜRSAB and took on active roles in the TOAR, Incoming and Gastronomy Specialization Presidencies.
Currently continuing to provide services through M.T.İ. Turizm and Trema Turizm's Istanbul, Ankara and Cappadocia offices, Demirbaş also carries out activities in various other branches of tourism, including restaurant management and yacht tourism.
He has an advanced level of Japanese and an intermediate level of English. He is married with two children.


Born in 1965, Ali Rıza Koç completed his higher education in 1991 at Boğaziçi University's Department of Political Science and International Relations. Entering professional life immediately upon graduation, he has since 1991 continued to serve as General Manager of ARK Turizm Müşavirlik ve Tercüme Ltd. Şti., a company he founded.
Throughout his career, Ali Rıza Koç has taken on strategic responsibilities in Türkiye's international promotional projects, serving as Consortium President for Expo 2006 Thailand, Expo 2008 Zaragoza and Expo 2010 Shanghai. He also participated as a consortium partner in the consultancy, communications and promotional processes of major organizations such as Expo 2015 Izmir and Hatay Expo, and took on a stakeholder role in sector-specific projects including the Highways Bridges and Tunnels Fair.
With a broad network of responsibilities across sectoral and social spheres, Koç has served as Vice President of the Travel Agencies and Guides Assembly, Member of the Strategy Development Supreme Board, and Member of the Trade Fairs Assembly within the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). In line with his social responsibility vision, he has also held management roles in various foundations and associations, including the Presidency of the İspir Pazaryolu Foundation (İSPAV) and membership on the Board of Directors of the Eurasian Writers' Union. He currently continues to serve as Presidential Advisor within the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies.
Also a contributor to the literary world, Ali Rıza Koç has two published books: Tarladan Şanghay'a (From the Field to Shanghai, 2012) and Karşı Mahalle (The Neighborhood Across, 2022). He has also authored various articles on the promotion of Türkiye.
He has an excellent command of English. He is married with two children.


Born in 1971 in Konya, Murat Akkoyunlu completed his secondary and high school education at Konya Gündoğdu College. A graduate of both the Faculty of Business Administration and the Faculty of Tourism's Tourism and Hospitality Management department at Eastern Mediterranean University, Akkoyunlu has specialized since 1992 in various areas of the travel agency sector including operations, reservations, incoming and outgoing tourism. He currently serves as Board President of Gönye Turizm, which has representative offices in France, Spain and Denmark.
Within TÜRSAB, Akkoyunlu served five years as Hunting Tourism Committee President and as 24th Term Hunting Tourism Specialization President, during which time he carried out training activities under TÜRSAB Academy. Having led strategic projects aimed at developing sustainable wildlife management and hunting tourism with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, he has participated in fairs and workshops across numerous European countries for the purpose of promoting Turkish tourism internationally. A member of Safari Club International (S.C.I.) and the S.C.I. Bavarian Chapter, with an advanced command of both English and German, Murat Akkoyunlu is actively involved in outdoor sports around the world alongside his professional career, and currently continues to serve as TÜRSAB Presidential Advisor.


She was born in Izmir in 1981. She graduated from the Department of Economics at Dokuz Eylül University and subsequently completed her master’s degree in Logistics and Maritime Transport at the same university. During her undergraduate studies, she took courses in International Business at the European School of Economics (ESE) in London.
She is currently the second-generation manager of Maskot Tourism and Maskot Shipping, which was founded as a family business in 1988.
She serves as a member of the IMEAK Chamber of Maritime Commerce Assembly and as Chair of the Audit Committee; she is also a member of the Board of Directors of the TÜRSAB Aegean Regional Representation Board. She is married and the mother of one child.
