Born in Izmir in 1971, Ömer Köseoğlu completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Izmir. He graduated from Çukurova University's Mersin Tourism Management and Hotel Management Faculty in 1994. Following his education and graduation, he began his professional career working in various departments and positions in the tourism sector. Köseoğlu's path crossed with the healthcare sector in 1997, and he continued his career at SANOFI, one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, between 1997 and 2024. During this period, he held various management positions such as Regional Management, Project Management, Sales Management, Sales Director, and Marketing Leadership; in his last three years, he assumed the role of Franchise Head. Ömer Köseoğlu is married and has two children. He is fluent in English.
Member Relations Group Presidency
The TÜRSAB Member Relations Group Presidency includes all organizational units affiliated with Agency Supervision, the Agency Registry Department, Agency Communication and Coordination teams, and the TÜRSAB Call Center.
The Group Presidency coordinates services and processes for our members and facilitates effective cooperation between the relevant units.

He was born in Istanbul in 1970. He completed his education at Haydarpaşa High School, 50. Yıl Tahran High School, and Marmara University Faculty of Economics. After completing his education, he began working in the tourism sector, which he became acquainted with during his university years.
Between 1991 and 2019, he held positions at every level in leading tourism companies in our country. During this period, he gained diverse experience in the tourism sector in every role he held. Throughout these years, I continued my professional life as a manager in leading organizations in the tourism sector.
I joined TÜRSAB in 2019. I currently serve as the Registry Director at TÜRSAB. I am married and have two children.
In addition to the experience gained from working with the founders and key professionals of the sector for many years, I continued to develop myself through special training and courses I took on changing tourism management systems and tourism technology around the world.
I believe that success in tourism requires following and implementing new technologies, while also ensuring that the human factor is not overlooked. This, in turn, depends on creating a company culture and team spirit among employees. I believe that training new colleagues and ensuring their participation in the sector is the future of tourism.
TÜRSAB is responsible for keeping the records of travel agencies in physical and digital archives, documenting the applications of legal entities requesting new operating licenses, providing documents and information to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and other official institutions, and documenting the registrations, changes, and requests of members in accordance with the relevant legislation.

After completing his bachelor's degree at the Ankara Police Academy Faculty of Security Sciences in 1993, he served for 17 years in various ranks within the General Directorate of Security in domestic public order and counter-terrorism units. He also served for 5 years abroad with the UN in Kosovo, Sudan, and Liberia as an Observer, Advisor, and Security Coordinator, retiring in 2015 with the rank of Security Director. Between 2015 and 2018, he worked as Security Coordinator for chain hotels in the tourism sector in Kuşadası. After working as Security Services Coordinator for the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality between 2018 and 2025, he joined the Türsab family and currently works as Audit Director. He is married with two children and speaks English well.
The Audit Department is responsible for conducting investigations and audits on behalf of the Association and with the authority of the Board of Directors in all matters falling within the scope of the Association's duties as stipulated in the Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies Association Law No. 1618, the Travel Agencies Regulation, and the Travel Agencies Association Regulation.
The Audit Department identifies travel agency activities without operating licenses and prepares reports that will serve as the basis for administrative and penal proceedings. It examines the compliance of travel agencies' business establishment and address change procedures with the legislation and conducts examinations on the compliance of travel agencies' activities with the legislation and on matters deemed necessary by the Board of Directors.
