WHAT IS TÜRSAB QR CODE PLATE?
TÜRSAB QR code license plate is a document defined as "TÜRSAB Vehicle License Plate" in Articles 40 and 41 of the Travel Agencies Regulation and is a "mandatory document to be kept in vehicles". This document, which is mandatory for tourist transportation vehicles, is called "TÜRSAB QR Code License Plate".
WHY IS TÜRSAB QR CODE LICENSE PLATE NECESSARY?
"TÜRSAB QR Code Plate" is in the status of "mandatory document to be kept in the vehicles" of travel agencies providing package tour, tour and transfer services, and this plate must be present on the vehicle serving in each package tour, tour and transfer activity.
Due to the fact that the TÜRSAB QR code plate is a "mandatory document" in accordance with Articles 40 and 41 of the Travel Agencies Regulation and the validity of the plates expires at the end of its validity, the license plate requests for the following year should be made starting from December.
HOW TO GET A LICENSE PLATE WITH TÜRSAB QR CODE?
"TÜRSAB QR Code License Plate" applications can be made by the travel agency using the TÜRSAB ONLINE system at https://www.tursab.org.tr. Our agencies without a password can create an online password. No application can be made by the agency from another location. The application will not be completed without payment of the fee. In addition, even if the payment has been made, the applications of the agencies that do not meet the criteria for obtaining "TÜRSAB QR Code Plate" will be canceled and their applications will be terminated by refunding the fee they have paid. For security reasons, the license plates will come to you as turned off from the online system. In order to activate the license plates from the online system, you need to enter the "license plate status update" section from the menu.
HOW MANY PLATES WITH TÜRSAB QR CODE CAN BE PURCHASED?
Travel agencies may request the number of license plates required by their needs in road transportation activities.
Travel agencies will be able to receive as many license plates as the number defined in their applications via TÜRSAB ONLINE. For license plate requests above the defined capacity, the number of license plates determined after the evaluation to be made by the License Plate Department and the License Plate Commission can be obtained.
WHAT ARE THE SITUATIONS WHERE TÜRSAB CANNOT OBTAIN A LICENSE PLATE WITH QR CODE?
If the travel agency has an open file in the Disciplinary Board, license plate applications cannot be made and new license plates will not be issued until the disciplinary file is closed.
In the event that an investigation is opened by the Disciplinary Board against the travel agency due to the document rental activity, the travel agency's new license plate applications will be held pending the completion of the Disciplinary Board's investigation and new license plates will not be issued. Unless there is a decision to the contrary, activities can continue with the existing license plates.
WHAT IS A CAPACITY REPORT? WHY IS IT REQUIRED?
A capacity report is a report that defines the number of passengers carried and the work done by an agency. It is requested to determine the competition conditions of the agencies in the market and to ensure the restriction process to be carried out in order to prevent the circulation of excess license plates.

D2 (if any) : D2 is a barcoded document to be obtained from the E- Devlet, Ministry of Transportation, Vehicle Certificate Inquiry (Legal Person) screen, if D2 is on a sole proprietorship, it is a barcoded document to be obtained from the Vehicle Certificate Inquiry (Real Person) screen.
SSI Service Transcript : It is a barcoded document taken from the "S. Service" section under the documents section after entering the SGK- E-B Declaration / Approved documents.
Text describing the work you do: Letter describing the business capacity of the contracted hotel, agency, hospital, company, etc. (it is recommended to write the phone or e-mail addresses of the person to be confirmed in this letter. (It is not obligatory to provide contact information and contacts.)

HOW SHOULD TÜRSAB QR CODE LICENSE PLATES BE USED?
TÜRSAB QR Code Plates must be activated with the serial number of the license plate used by entering the TÜRSAB Online page https://youtu.be/_ajktwPdPxI before the start of the package tour, tour and transfer service. At the end of the package tour, tour or transfer date, you will be inactive and prevent your license plate from being used by others on your behalf. In cases where you do not/can not use your license plate; if you do not change it to "inactive" status or "Lost/Stolen" status when you lose it, the license plate in the vehicle will be considered yours and the transaction will be made to your agency.

2024 LICENSE PLATE APPLICATIONS WILL START TO BE RECEIVED ON TURSAB ONLINE APPLICATION AS OF DECEMBER 22, 2023.
WHAT ARE THE PRICES AND VALIDITY DATE OF TURSAB QR CODE LICENSE PLATES?
TÜRSAB QR code license plates are 950 TL to be used for 1 year. The license plates are valid until December 31, 2024.
WHAT IS A LICENSE PLATE STAMP? WHAT IS THE VALIDITY DATE OF THE LICENSE PLATE STAMP?
The security band showing the calendar year on TÜRSAB QR Code Plates is called PLATE stamp. The License Plate Stamp will be affixed to the area designated under the QR code on the License Plate.
Until February 29, 2024, 2023 License Plates will be valid. As of February 29, 2024, the 2023 License Plates on the vehicles will be collected by the inspection team when they are found to be used during the activities and will not be counted as a return of the agency.
After February 29, 2024, all vehicles with 2023 License Plates or without 2024 License Plates will be subject to penal action. For this reason, we kindly request you to make your applications and receive your license plates on the date the applications are opened.
HOW MANY DAYS ARE THE PLATES WITH TÜRSAB QR CODE DELIVERED?
TÜRSAB QR Code License Plate will be delivered to the Regional Representative Boards or to the addresses of our agencies within 10 working days from the date of application (excluding technical problems). The address in question can only be the address in the registration record of the agency in TÜRSAB records. Cargo is not sent to different addresses. Your agency is responsible for receiving the cargo from the address. Plates that are shipped to the address once and not received and returned to TÜRSAB Headquarters will only be sent to the Regional Representative Board where the agency is registered.
WHAT CAN WE DO WITH OLD DATED PLATES WITH TÜRSAB QR CODE?
Old dated TÜRSAB license plates will be taken back at a cost of 50 TL VAT included. The procedure for returns will take place as follows.
Old license plates will be delivered to TÜRSAB Headquarters by cargo or by hand by the agencies. Cargo shipments can be made free of charge from the domestic cargo branches with the contract number 497 318 523 from the TÜRSAB account. You must tell the contract number when you give your license plates to the domestic cargo. In case of using different cargo or courier, payments must be made by the agency.
In the cargo sent, there must be a letter indicating the total number and an invoice issued to the address below with the description of "License plate recycling fee" by multiplying the total number by the price of 50 TL VAT included. Invoices without "License plate recycling fee" in the description will not be accepted.
The invoice will be used for the next license plate purchase and will not be offset against any other service or debt. Returned license plates will be taken back only against the invoice issued from the company belonging to the commercial title of the agency in whose name they were allocated.

CAN I GET A LICENSE PLATE IF I OWE DUES?
Within the scope of the 3rd paragraph of Article 15 of the Regulation on the Association of Travel Agencies published in the Official Gazette No. 30440, "the rights of the travel agency with dues debt to benefit from the general services provided by the Association to its members are suspended.", our travel agencies who want to get TÜRSAB QR Code Vehicle License Plate must not have dues debt.
- If the Union member travel agency requesting a license plate has a dues debt for the years 2022 and before, the license plate request will be met as 1 paid, regardless of the number of license plates requested.
- If the Union member travel agency requesting a license plate has a dues debt for the year 2023, the license plate request will be met with a fee of 3 units regardless of the number of license plates requested.
- If the travel agency, which is a member of the Association, has received its license plate by structuring and has not complied with the structuring rules, it will not be able to purchase a license plate in 2024 without paying the entire structuring debt and 2023 dues by credit card or cash payment.
THE NOTICE OF NOT GIVING TEMPORARY LETTER
Following the applications of travel agencies, a temporary letter will not be prepared for them to continue their activities until the time the license plate will be delivered. For this reason, it is important for travel agencies to make their license plate applications according to this issue and to have "TÜRSAB QR Code Vehicle License Plate" in their vehicles in all kinds of organizations.
WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IN CASE OF LOSS OR THEFT OF TÜRSAB QR CODE LICENSE PLATES?
By entering the code of the license plate from the "UPDATE PLATE STATUS" section on the TÜRSAB Online platform, the license plate status must be marked as 'Lost' or 'Stolen' and closed for use. It should be noted that the responsibility arising from the use of the license plates of the agencies that do not close their license plates in a different vehicle or operating in illegal tours is the responsibility of the license plate owner agency.
