ANNOUNCEMENT ON DOCUMENT FEES TO BE PAID TO THE MINISTRY FOR THE YEAR 2026

Dear Members,

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Investments and Operations, in its letter numbered 7736467, has announced that as of January 1, 2026, the document fees will be as follows:

- 44,000 TL for those applying for a new business license,
- 44,000 TL for each branch permit in branch establishments,
- 9,000 TL for each branch permit transferred along with the head office,
- 9,000 TL for each permit in the reissuance of business and/or branch permits for travel agencies with existing business licenses.

It is also stated that the fee determined for those applying for a new business license must be paid before submitting their application for the title request, and applications submitted to the Ministry along with the payment receipt will be accepted.

Document fees must be deposited into the account specified below, effective from January 1, 2026.
