ANNOUNCEMENT ON REGARDING TÜRSAB–DENIZBANK COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Dear Members,

A cooperation agreement has been signed between TÜRSAB and DenizBank on 16.06.2026 in order to support the business volume of TÜRSAB member travel agencies and to provide cost-effective financial solutions for their financial needs.

With the DenizBank Cirom Card product, your single-installment transactions made via DenizBank POS devices can be transferred to your corporate credit card without commission and used for your business expenses.

Within this scope, agencies will be provided with a POS device limited to single-installment transactions only and a Bonus Business Card with a 1 TL limit. Depending on operational needs, one of the following two models—applicable across all POS device types—may be utilized:

Model 1 – Cirom Card

• Next-day value POS allocation with 0% commission.
• A Bonus Business Card with a 1 TL limit is issued simultaneously with the POS.
• Transactions processed via POS are manually transferred by the branch or agency to the card linked to the POS.

Model 2 – Cirom Card with Refund

• Next-day value POS allocation with 3.15% commission.
• A Bonus Business Card with a 1 TL limit is issued simultaneously with the POS.
• Transactions processed via POS are automatically transferred to the company’s demand deposit account.

*The 3.15% commission calculated on the amount transferred from the current account to the card is refunded to the card by the branch in the following month.
*The amount considered for refund calculations cannot exceed the monthly POS turnover.

Example:
If the monthly POS turnover is 10,000,000 TL and the amount transferred to the card is 5,000,000 TL:

POS commission: 10,000,000 TL × 3.15% = 315,000 TL
Commission refund: 5,000,000 TL × 3.15% = 157,500 TL

CARD USAGE FEATURES

• The card can be used at all bank POS terminals.
• It is enabled for international use and disabled for cash withdrawals.
• It will be available for bill payments, online spending, and MOTO (mail order/telephone order) transactions.
