ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE ADVICE-BASED ”TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICE FEE SCHEDULE” FOR 2026

Dear Members,

The Board of Directors has determined the following fees as recommendations to be applied in 2026 for travel agency services, along with the justifications and amounts of service fees specified below.

JUSTIFICATION:
Travel agencies perform some of the services they provide on behalf of their customers. They offer these services to customers and perform operations such as reservations and reservation changes at the customer's request. Travel agencies incur various expenses for these tasks and transactions performed on behalf of and at the request of the customer. In this regard, labor is expended, and it is possible that the customer may withdraw or that the transaction may not be completed for reasons attributable to the customer. As a result, it may be difficult to achieve a commercial outcome, calculate the expenses and labor costs related to the tasks and transactions, and collect payment from the customer.

For situations where the Travel Agency acts on behalf of the customer and at the customer's request, but does not achieve a commercial result due to the customer's decision; or for services and transactions that achieve a commercial result, the recommended amounts for determining the service fee to be charged are listed below:

RECOMMENDED MINIMUM SERVICE FEES:

• Reservation Service Fee Domestic Airline Ticket

(Not to be less than the service fee determined by the airline):
Per Segment, Tax Included – 585 TL
Domestic Airline Ticket Change – 195 TL

International Flight Ticket (not to be less than the service fee determined by the airlines):
Per Segment, Tax Included Short Haul – 50 USD / Short Haul Business - 75 USD
Per Segment, Tax Included Long Haul – 120 USD / Long Haul Business - 200 USD

International Flight Ticket Change – $75

Domestic Hotel Reservation: Per Reservation
3 – 4 * Hotel Reservation Process – 650 TL / 5 * Hotel Reservation Process – 1,170 TL

International Hotel Reservation: Per Reservation
3 – 4 - 5 * Hotel Reservation Process: 7%

• Travel Reservation

Package Tour Service Fee: 10% of the Total Fee
Cruise Tour Service Fee: 10% of the Total Fee

• Inspection/Quotation Service Fee

Tour Program and Budget Preparation: 9,750 TL
Inspection Trip Travel Expenses: x 2
MICE Proposal Preparation: 9,750 TL

• MICE Service Fee

Meeting Organization Service Fee
15% of the total amount.

• Visa Tracking and Consultancy Fee

Visa Service Fee: 100 Euro + Consulate Fee

NOTES:

• The above amounts are fees earned by the travel agency in return for its services. In case of cancellation of the program by the customer, the above fees will be charged. In case of program changes, 25% of the above fees will be charged as an additional service fee.
• If the above transactions are for a service that produces commercial results, the travel agency may collect these fees as part of the total amount or invoice them separately.
• If the owner of the product covered by the service fees specified in this tariff is another travel agency, the service fee shall be accrued as 1/2 for the travel agency providing the service and 1/2 for the travel agency owning the product, unless there is a special arrangement.
