ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE TÜRSAB-YAPI KREDI PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Dear Members,

In order to support the business volume of our TÜRSAB member Travel Agencies and provide cost-effective solutions for their financial needs, a cooperation agreement was made between TÜRSAB and Yapı Kredi on 16.10.2026.

The collaboration is valid for all new and existing Yapı Kredi customers, and the products must be purchased for the first time by the travel agency.

In line with the cooperation, to travel agencies that are members of TÜRSAB

• Attractive POS rates of 2.29% for domestic cards and 1.90% for foreign cards, with a waiting period of 24 days for blocked POS transactions.
• Commission-free guaranty letter starting from 1.25%

is provided.

In addition, travel agency who use at least two of the following products—Letter of Guarantee, Member Business, Mini Check Package, or Direct Borrowing System (DBS)—will be offered the following benefits.

• 50 free money transfers and 50 free EFT transactions valid for 1 year on the Corporate Internet Branch and Yapı Kredi Mobile channels.
• One free 25-sheet checkbook for one year (excluding BSMV),
• 50 free checks from other banks and 50 Yapı Kredi check cashing transactions, valid for one year
• Applicable to the first world business card requests, a 2-year card fee waiver.

It is among the services to be provided.

You can use the products as part of the collaboration by going to the nearest Yapı Kredi branch.

NOTE:

POS pricing is valid for our travel agency whose total POS turnover is 18 million TL or less within 3 months from the date the member business is included in the campaign.
For single payment transactions made with domestic cards, the bank card is priced at 0.99% (excluding BSMV) or 0.78% + 3 days or 14 days as the number of blocked days.
Provided that the monthly POS turnover is a minimum of 2,000 TL, advantages of 399 TL (excluding BSMV) for POS Software/Hardware/Maintenance fees will be offered.
Letter of Guaranty: The pricing of the letter of guaranty is only applicable to the first new letter of guaranty requested by the Travel Agency from the Bank. If the Travel Agency has previously received a letter of guaranty from the Bank, these advantages will not be applied. Within the scope of the campaign, it will be required that the maximum amount of the Guaranty Letter issued at these rates is 5 million TL. In the renewals of the guaranty letter (extension of term, renewal), these prices will not be applicable.
