NEW ERA BEGINS AT TURSAV
The Tourism and Travel Agencies Foundation (TURSAV), which started its activities on October 15, 1991 to contribute to the development of travel agencies, to increase their competitiveness in the international arena and to support TÜRSAB, has entered a new structuring process in order to be more effective in the coming period and to carry out activities that will shape the sector.
TURSAV has been restructured with the amendments made to the Foundation's Official Deed and has been given a more independent structure. With these amendments, the conditions for becoming a member of the Foundation have been simplified. In the new period, the Foundation aims to provide its members with advantages in many areas that will contribute to their professions, especially education, insurance and professional competence.
With the amendments made in the Official Deed of the Tourism and Travel Agencies Foundation;
- The conditions for joining TURSAV have been changed and transformed into a structure that will cover all Travel Agencies, and the conditions for becoming a member have been adapted to today's conditions.
- TURSAV will now have a more democratic and transparent management approach and will be able to elect its own President.
- TURSAV, which has so far continued on its way with the resources of TÜRSAB, will also become financially autonomous with the new resources to be created.
- In the new organization, the financial statements of the Foundation and its subsidiary companies will be openly presented to the attention of the members.
