ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE TÜRSAB MEETING POINT RESERVATION AND USE PROCESSES

Dear Members,

TÜRSAB has opened the TÜRSAB Meeting Point special reception center at Sabiha Gökçen International Airport to provide a solution to the reception and guidance problems experienced by travel agencies. In order to ensure that guests are met and directed within the airport in a more efficient and controlled manner, the necessary guidelines and instructions for using the TÜRSAB Meeting Point have been determined, and our members are kindly requested to use the service in accordance with the specified rules.

How do travel agencies benefit from TÜRSAB Meeting Point?

1. Reservation Application
Travel agencies make reservations through the TÜRSAB Online system.

2. Reservation Creation
Following approval of the application, a reservation/QR code is generated and used for entry to the reception area and transaction verification.

3. Transmission of the Reservation QR Code
The generated reservation/QR code is sent as a link by the travel agency making the reservation to the guest and the travel agency receptionist.

4. Entry to the TKM Area
The TÜRSAB ID Card holder travel agency receptionist enters the reception area using the reservation/QR code they have received. The travel agency receptionist can enter through the hall entrance door under the supervision of the staff 15 minutes before the guest's arrival time and for 1 hour after arrival.

5. Guest Arrival at the Area
After passing through the main entrance gate, guests are registered by TÜRSAB reception staff and directed to the lounge.

6. Vehicle Positioning
The travel agency receptionist meets the guest and directs them to the relevant vehicle. The travel agency is responsible for the process of reaching and meeting the guest.

7. Meeting the Passenger
The vehicle with a TÜRSAB license plate and registered in the system by the travel agency gains access to the TÜRSAB parking area after the meeting between the greeter and the guest at TKM, operates within the rules set by TÜRSAB, and complies with the waiting time. In this context, the vehicle is prohibited from waiting in the TKM parking area for more than 15 minutes.
