CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE

Dear Colleagues, We are entering a period when we leave winter behind and step into the spring months. The fresh start of spring is accompanied by the peaceful climate of Ramadan Eid. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all our members and wish that this special period of time will bring peace and tranquility to humanity. World tourism has left behind the painful period after the pandemic with the recovery in international travel numbers. According to the assessments made by the United Nations Tourism Agency, the rise in international travel movements is expected to continue in 2025 and beyond. Many countries are taking new steps with visionary strategies in order to make the most of this development potential, to get a larger share of the tourism pie and to benefit from the structure of tourism that stimulates the economy, provides foreign currency inflow and employment at the maximum level. In addition to creating new centers of attraction with huge investments, they are also working to attract more tourists with a faster and more target-oriented approach by using the opportunities brought by digitalization. In the period we are going through, travelers are no longer satisfied with just seeing popular tourist destinations, they demand unique and different experiences that are special to them. Our greatest assurance in responding to this differentiation in consumer demands and making a difference in the new competitive environment in world tourism and leading our country to success is the travel agencies that create all types of tourism with their intelligence, knowledge, labor and courage. As TÜRSAB, we will stand by our travel agencies in the future as in the past, and we will work with all our strength for the development of our country's tourism.
Dear Members, This year will be a much more productive year in which we will raise our targets as a sector, highlight the unique natural beauties of our country in national and international media, and carry out activities that pave the way for our undiscovered destinations. Our hopes and efforts are in this direction. I would like to reiterate our belief that we will spend this season together in a profitable and successful way. I wish all our members a prosperous and profitable season and wish you continued success.
