APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF TYPE
PROCESS
A travel agency requesting a change of type must first apply to TÜRSAB with the petition and documents specified below in order for a new operating license to be issued according to the change of type in question. After the documents related to the application submitted to TÜRSAB are completed, TÜRSAB reviews and evaluates the documents presented.
The file regarding the type change application is forwarded by TÜRSAB to the Ministry. The file regarding the type change forwarded to the Ministry is examined by the Ministry. If the request is deemed appropriate, an Official Approval is prepared for the issuance of the document.
After the Official Approval, a travel agency operating license is issued according to the new type. The issued travel agency operating license is sent to the relevant Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism to be delivered to the applicant, and the situation is reported to our Association. After presenting the documents proving that the license fees have been paid to the accounts specified by the Ministry, the license can be collected from the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism.
