GROUP CHANGE
PROCESS OF PROCEDURE
In order for a travel agency requesting a group change to be able to make the change, the agency must first apply to our association with the petition and documents specified below. After the documents submitted for the group change application are completed, an examination and evaluation are made on the submitted documents. The group change application file is sent to the Ministry by our association.
The file related to the group change that has been sent to the Ministry is examined by the Ministry. If the request is found suitable after the examination and evaluation made by the Ministry, a Presidential Approval is prepared for the document to be issued. After the Presidential Approval, a new travel agency business license is issued according to the new group.
The issued travel agency business license is sent to the relevant Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism to be delivered to the applicant and the situation is reported to TÜRSAB. After the documents proving that the document fees have been deposited to the accounts determined by our Ministry are submitted, the document is obtained from the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism.
The file related to the change of agency title that has been sent to the Ministry is examined by the Ministry. If any deficiencies are found as a result of the examination and evaluation made by the Ministry, TÜRSAB is notified to complete the deficiencies. If the request is found suitable, a Presidential Approval is prepared for the document to be issued. After the Presidential Approval, a new travel agency business license is issued according to the new agency title.
The issued travel agency business license is sent to the relevant Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism to be delivered to the applicant and the situation is reported to TÜRSAB. The newly issued document is delivered by the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism.

- Guarantee
• If it is to be given as a letter of guarantee, in the final and indefinite letter of guarantee; agency title, trade name must be present.
• Guarantees other than letters of guarantee, the original receipt deposited in the "Collection Account TR89 0000 1001 0000 0350 1540 21 IBAN" account of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's Central Accounting Office, or the Central Accounting Unit of the Ministry or the Central Accounting Unit of the Ministry through the accounting units of the provincial or districts general budget offices. (The stamped and signed receipt must be the original, and also the commercial title (in no case should the name of the person be included) in the sender part of the receipt, and the agency title obtained from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey must be written in the explanation part.)
• For Group A: 7,000,00.-TL (Seven thousand Turkish Liras)
• For group B: 6,000,00.-TL (Six thousand Turkish Liras)
• For group C: 5,000,00.-TL (Five thousand Turkish Lira)
and these amounts should be 25% for each branch.
