TRADE TITLE CHANGE
PROCESS OF PROCEDURE
The legal entity that the travel agency is a part of is required to apply to TÜRSAB regarding any changes to the trade name within 30 (thirty) days, which will be published in the Trade Registry Gazette.
After reviewing the application, TÜRSAB provides its opinion on the application result to the Ministry. If the application is not considered appropriate, the applicant is informed of the reasons. The file is then sent to the Ministry by TÜRSAB.
The application file related to the change of the trade name that has been transferred to the Ministry is examined by the Ministry. If the request is deemed appropriate, a Makam Onayı (official approval) is prepared for document issuance. After the Makam Onayı, a travel agency business license is issued according to the new trade name. The newly issued business license is sent to the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism for delivery.
