ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE SPECIAL PARTICIPATION PACKAGE OF TÜRSAB HEALTH TOURISM EXPERT COMMITTEE PRESIDENCY FOR THE CMT STUTTGART 2027 FAIR

Dear Members,

One of the world's leading tourism fairs, CMT Stuttgart 2027, will be held in Stuttgart, Germany, from January 16 to 24, 2027.

Under the participation package specially prepared for our members operating in the field of health tourism by the TÜRSAB Health Tourism Expert Committee Presidency, our travel agencies will be offered the opportunity to participate in the fair and promote themselves internationally.

* Participation Fee: €3,100
* Included in the Booth Area: 9 m² booth area and carpet covering, a digital printed nameplate and poster area specific to your company/product, 1 reception counter, 2 bar stools, 1 console, and 1 brochure stand, 4 participant badges.
* Free Digital Promotion Support: A one-time full-page free advertisement will be offered to our participating members in the E-Magazine digital magazine, which will be published as part of the fair and reach a database of 2 million people. (Advertisement designs must be prepared by participating travel agencies in accordance with the dimensions specified by the organizer.)
* Booth Arrangement: The booths will be set up in a 4-unit island format, and a shared storage area will be used for all 4 booths.

Application

* Members who wish to participate in the CMT Stuttgart 2027 Fair by acquiring a booth are kindly requested to submit their applications through the link below by October 27, 2026.

* From our members who request to join, it may be required to present the USHAŞ Intermediary Institution Authorization Certificate within the scope of their areas of activity and relevant legislation.

Important Information

* Payments will be made directly to the fair organizer company.
* When the list of Supported Overseas Fairs for 2027 is announced by the Ministry of Trade, it will be possible to benefit from the relevant Ministry's incentives if the fair is included in the list.
* If the minimum participation number is not reached, participation in the fair will not be carried out.
