OCTOBER 6, HAPPY LIBERATION OF ISTANBUL

We celebrate with great pride the anniversary of the liberation of our unique city, Istanbul, the apple of the world's eye, from enemy occupation.

I respectfully, with gratitude and reverence, commemorate all our esteemed martyrs and heroic veterans, especially Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who entrusted this beautiful city to us once again, and who sacrificed their lives for the homeland.

October 6, Happy Liberation of Istanbul.
