ANTALYA TOURISM FAIR OPENS ITS DOORS
The opening of the Antalya Tourism Fair, held from October 26 to 28, 2026, took place today.
Among the opening speakers of the fair were Antalya Governor Mr. Hulusi Şahin and industry representatives, along with our Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TÜRSAB, Mr. Davut Günaydın, representing our Union.
In his speech, Günaydın conveyed our Union's approach to foreign online travel platforms, emphasizing that TÜRSAB is not against digitalization and the operation of international companies in Turkey. He emphasized that we are against our businesses that invest in Turkey, provide employment, pay taxes, and fulfilll all their legal obligations being put at a disadvantage compared to global platforms.
In addition to our TÜRSAB Vice President Davut Günaydın, our Board Member Hamit Kuk, our RRB Presidents, and our large TÜRSAB delegation, participated in the Antalya Tourism Fair.
Our TÜRSAB stand, where we will host our travel agencies and industry stakeholders throughout the fair, received intense interest from the very first day.
We hope that the Antalya Tourism Fair will pave the way for new collaborations on behalf of our travel agencies and tourism sector; and that it will be productive and successful for all participants.
