AZERBAIJAN BAKU INFORMATION TRIP CONDUCTED

From October 7 to 11, 2026, an Informational Trip to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, was organized under the sponsorship of BTB Tourism.

In the program attended by TÜRSAB Board Member Hamit Kuk, 18 travel agency representatives affiliated with our Central Black Sea Regional Representation Board participated. Additionally, the program was attended by Emre Yıldız, President of the Central Black Sea RRB, Vice President Hakan Asar, and Board Members Levent Güven, Ali Altun, Murat Seyda Uzunlar, and Murat Uysal.

As part of the Information Trip, our travel agents examined various accommodation facilities in Baku on-site and received information about the services offered. The program also included visits to prominent tourist attractions in the destination, such as Gobustan and the Mud Volcanoes, the Old City, Baku Boulevard, Little Venice, the Carpet Museum, and the Heydar Aliyev Center.

With the organized trip, it was aimed for our travel agencies to get to know Azerbaijan's tourism opportunities on-site, evaluate accommodation and tour alternatives, and contribute to the development of new tour programs and routes.
