TÜRSAB AND VOLKSWAGEN COMMERCIAL VEHICLES SECTOR MEETING HELD
In collaboration with TÜRSAB and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, an industry meeting was held on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus.
The meeting was attended by our TÜRSAB Board of Directors members Gürkan Özcan, Kerem Serkan Çoban, and Özgür Ildır Öksüz, our Audit Committee member Büşra Celep; our Chair of the Road Transport, Logistics, and Vehicle Rental Expert Committee, Cem Türkkan; Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Marketing Manager Ömer Madazlıoğlu; Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles After-Sales Services Manager Onur Oğuzhan Kılıç; Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Special Vehicles Manager Polat Dükkancı; VDF Sales Manager Cenk Şenol, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Fleet Sales Manager Onurcan Tosun.
The meeting addressed travel agencies’ needs and expectations regarding the use of commercial vehicles, vehicle costs, access to financing, vehicle procurement processes, maintenance and service, and after-sales support. Based on the assessments and questions regarding the sector raised by TÜRSAB Board Member Kerem Serkan Çoban and Cem Türkkan, Chair of the Road Transport, Logistics, and Vehicle Rental Expert Committee, representatives from Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles shared information on sales, financing, service, and after-sales support.
In the panel and Q&A session held, mutual exchanges of views were made on the issues faced by our members, operational needs, and solution expectations. The meeting provided an opportunity for the exchange of views regarding the direct communication of travel agencies' needs and the evaluation of sectoral expectations.
