REQUEST FOR MEMBERSHIP LETTER
PROCESS
To obtain a "Membership Letter" requested by the relevant institutions regarding the membership status of Travel Agencies, the attached petition should be completed and sent to sicil@tursab.org.tr via e-mail or the request can be created through TÜRSAB Online by logging in as a member. If there is no obstacle to the issuance of the "Membership Letter", the application will be evaluated by the Agency Registry Directorate and will be met as soon as possible.
Since the "Membership Letter" is an e-signed document, there is no physical document created besides its digital version. Therefore, the letter is sent to the applicant through the channel of application.
When creating the request for the "Membership Letter," make sure that the recipient institution's name is complete and accurate. Otherwise, the request cannot be fulfilled, and the applicant will be notified.
The "Membership Letter" contains the Travel Agency's name, document number, group, and the date of the first document issued. To add any information other than the content (such as address, trade name, authorized representative and signatory, etc.) to the letter, it must be specified during the application.
