TRAVEL AGENCIES SERVICE FEE TARIFF

 

TÜRSAB Board of Directors has determined the following fees for travel agency services, the reasons and amounts of which are set out below, in order to announce the service fees to be applied in 2025 to its members and as a recommendation. 

 

RATIONALE: 

Travel Agencies carry out work on behalf of the customer in some of the services they produce and present this work to the customer, and carry out transactions such as reservations and reservation changes in line with the customer's request. Various expenses are incurred and labor force is spent for these works and transactions carried out by the Travel Agency on behalf of the customer and in line with the customer's request, and in the event that the commercial result cannot be obtained as a result of the customer's withdrawal or failure to realize due to reasons arising from the customer, there are difficulties in calculating and collecting the expenses and labor costs related to these works and transactions from the customer. 

The amounts determined as advisory to be the basis for the determination of the service fee to be accrued for the works and transactions carried out by the Travel Agency on behalf of the customer and at the request of the customer and which do not result in a commercial result or which do result in a commercial result due to the will of the customer or for reasons arising from the customer are given below: 

 

MINIMUM SERVICE FEES AS A RECOMMENDATION: 

 

• Reservation Service Fee

Domestic Airfare (Not below the service fee determined by the airlines): 

Per Segment, Tax Included - 450 TL

Domestic Flight Ticket Change - 150 TL

 

International Airfare (Not below the service fee determined by the airlines):  

Per Segment, Including Tax Close Line - USD 50 / Close Line Business - USD 75  

Per Segment, Tax Included Remote Line - USD 120 / Remote Line Business - USD 200

International Airfare Change - $75

 

Domestic Hotel Reservation: Per Reservation 

3 - 4* Hotel Reservation Process - 500 TL / 5* Hotel Reservation Process - 900 TL 

 

Overseas Hotel Reservation: Per Reservation  

3* - 4* Hotel Reservation Transaction - 75 USD / 5* Hotel Reservation Transaction - 200 USD

 

• Travel Reservation:

Package Tour Service Fee:    10% of Total Price 

Cruise Tour Service Fee: 10% of the Total Price

 

• Review/Bid Service Fee 

Preparation of Tour Program and Budget: 7.500-TL

 

Inspection Travel Expenses: x 2  

 

Mice Offer Preparation: 7,500-TL 

 

• Mice Service Fee

Meeting Organization Service Fee

15% of the Total Amount.

 

• Visa Follow-up and Consultancy Fee

Visa Service Fee: 100 Euro + Consular Fee

       

NOTES; 

• The above amounts are the fees that the travel agency is entitled to for the service. In case of cancellation of the program by the customer, the above fees accrue. In case of program changes, 25% of the above amounts accrue as additional service fee. 
• In the event that the above transactions are for a service that has commercial results, the travel agency may collect these fees by evaluating them in the total amount or invoice them separately.
• If the owner of the product subject to the service fees specified in this tariff is another travel agency, unless there is a special regulation, the service fee accrues as 1/2 for the travel agency that produces the service and 1/2 for the travel agency that owns the product.
