ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE COLLECTION OF REQUESTS FROM TRAVEL AGENCIES FOR THE 2026–2027 SEASON ERZURUM–KARS REGIONAL TOURIST TRAIN

Dear Members,

The process of gathering demand for the Erzurum-Kars Regional Tourist Train, which is set to begin service in the 2026–2027 season, has been launched.

Details regarding the rules and seat allocation requirements that travel agencies wishing to organize tours this season must comply with are outlined in the attached document.

Passenger Boarding and Disembarking

Purpose-Specific Stops:

1- Toward Erzurum-Kars:
Stop at Sarıkamış stations for passengers to board and disembark (5 min),

2- Toward Kars-Erzurum:
Stop at Sarıkamış stations for passengers to board and disembark (5 min),

Train Features:

Pullman Car: Each car has 60 seats.
Dining Car: 1.

Pricing Information (Including VAT, Per Seat)

Application Schedule:

The application requirements are specified in the terms and conditions. Travel agencies that accept these terms must prepare the following documents, signed and stamped, and send them to the email address turistik@tcddtasimacilik.gov.tr:

1. Railcar Allocation Application Form
2. Signed Terms and Conditions (including the documents specified in Section 3.1 of the Terms and Conditions)
3. Signature Circular

Applications will be accepted starting on September 8, 2026, and will continue until the end of business on Monday, September 14, 2026. Allocation results will be communicated to applicants via email.

After the preliminary allocation results are communicated to the winning travel agencies, they must complete all payments by the end of business on September 30, 2026.

Travel agencies that fail to meet their payment obligations within the specified time frame will have their allocations canceled.
