ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE TURKISH TOURISM PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD MEMBER ELECTIONS, EASTERN ANATOLIA REGION BALLOT BOX AND CANDIDACY INFORMATION

Dear Members,

The Elazığ Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, in a letter dated November 18, 2025, and numbered 7558202, forwarded to our Association, states:

The Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency Board of Directors elections will be held across Turkiye on Sunday, December 21st. Ministry-certified accommodation facilities, food and beverage businesses, and travel agencies will vote in separate ballot boxes. The ballot box locations for the Eastern Anatolia Region have been determined as Elazığ, Erzurum, and Van. The ballot box location in Elazığ province is the Nurettin Ardıçoğlu Cultural Center. Travel agencies wishing to run must nominate 200 travel agencies.

Applications for candidacy for Agency Board Memberships can be submitted by hand delivery, in person, or through a proxy to the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency, the General Directorate of Promotion of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkiye, or the 81 Provincial Directorates of Culture and Tourism.
