ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE NEW WORK PERMIT EXEMPTION APPLICATION SYSTEM

Dear Members,

According to the official letter dated 23.09.2026 and numbered 655708, sent to our Union by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Turkey;

The system improvement efforts conducted by the Ministry have been completed, and the "Foreign Application, Evaluation, and Monitoring System" has been officially launched as of September 16, 2026.

In this context;

Including foreign tour operator representatives who will work for up to 8 months within travel agencies, all work permit exemption applications under the legislation are now accepted online at https://calismaizni.csgb.gov.tr.

The current process steps for the receipt, evaluation, and conclusion of work permit exemption applications are detailed in the Turkish and English guides prepared by the Ministry, which are included in the Annex.

In order to prevent any disruptions and loss of rights in our members' application processes, it is important that they carry out the work permit exemption procedures through the new portal that will be activated on 16.09.2026.
