A HEALTH TOURISM MEETING WAS HELD HOSTED BY THE ANTALYA MURATPAŞA RRB

The Health Tourism Meeting, organized by the Antalya Muratpaşa Regional Representation Board (RRB) of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) on August 28, 2025, accompanied by a breakfast event, was held with the intensive participation of industry representatives.

The event was held with the participation and opening speeches of TÜRSAB Board Members Elif Ural and Erol Türk, Chief Advisors Hamit Kuk and Öner Uygun, Antalya Muratpaşa RRB President Onur Özer, Health Tourism Vice President Akif İlker Can, Deputy Director General of International Trade at the Ministry of Trade Ali Alperen Kaçar, Antalya Provincial Health Director Prof. Dr. Behzat Özkan, and Service Exporters Association Secretary General Dr. Fatih Özer.

The meeting addressed TÜRSAB's work in the field of health tourism, the role of travel agencies in the sector, the membership process for the Service Exporters Association, incentive programs, and state support for health and sports tourism. 

Dr. Fikriye Başaran, President of Health Services at the Antalya Provincial Health Directorate, also participated in the event, where health tourism-certified travel agencies shared their assessments on the current state and development of the sector. It was agreed to continue cooperation and coordination.
