AIRLINE TICKET WORKSHOP HELD AT ANTALYA GLORIA GOLF RESORT

Airline Ticket Workshop was held on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Antalya Gloria Golf Resort.

In the workshop, which started with the opening speeches of TÜRSAB Vice Presidents Davut Günaydın and Hasan Eker, TÜRSAB Chief Advisor to the President and Airline Sales and IATA Specialization President Numan Olcar and Specialization Vice President Aziz Ciga, we discussed how travel agencies should explain service fees to guests, value-oriented sales strategies and the effects of collective action on the sector.

TÜRSAB Central Anatolia Regional Representation Board President Cevat Engin Şahin, RRB Vice President Selami Haşimoğlu and RRB Members attended the workshop chaired by Aziz Ciga, our Airline Sales and IATA Specialized Vice President. The workshop emphasized the importance of making the service fee understandable by the guests, the importance of travel agencies to stand out from price competition and stand out with value-added services and to take a common stance in the sector.
