AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND DELEGATION VISITED TÜRSAB CENTRAL OFFICE WITHIN THE SCOPE OF ANZAC DAY GELIBOLU REMEMBRANCE CEREMONIES
Australian Department of Veterans Affairs Director General of Ceremonies Belinda Bastiaans, New Zealand Ministry of Defense Director of Ceremonies John McLeod, Australian Deputy Director Sean Byrne, Australian Department of Veterans Affairs Security Director Melissa Cooke, New Zealand Police Authority Security Coordinator Dan Hynds and Australian Consulate Office Manager Barış Kaya visited TÜRSAB Central Office as part of the Anzac Day Gallipoli 2025 Remembrance Ceremonies.
This year, for the first time in Turkey, the relevant Australian officials in this role and TÜRSAB Board Member Yıldırım Taş, TÜRSAB Chief Advisor to the President and Airline Ticket Sales and IATA President Numan Olcar, TÜRSAB Incoming Tourism Specialization President Orhan Sancar, TÜRSAB Cultural Tourism Specialization President İlham Seyyale, A meeting was held with the participation of TÜRSAB Cultural Tourism Specialization Vice President Recai Ergün, TÜRSAB Airline Ticket Sales and IATA Specialization Vice President Aziz Ciğa, TÜRSAB Incoming Tourism Specialization Vice President Ahmet Balyemezler and TÜRSAB Specialization Presidencies and Corporate Activities Director Ceylan Uraz Yiğiterhan.
In the meeting, issues concerning tour operators regarding the route, operation and program flow of the Anzac Day Gallipoli Remembrance Ceremonies to be held in 2025 were shared, and the contributions of the ceremonies held every year to tourism were evaluated.
