BLACK SEA CUISINE AND TASTING EVENT WAS ORGANIZED UNDER THE COORDINATION OF OUR GASTRONOMY TOURISM SPECIALIZATION PRESIDENCY
Under the coordination of our Gastronomy Tourism Specialization Presidency, an information and tasting experience on Black Sea Cuisine was held on June 5, 2024 at 'Nalia Karadeniz Mutfağı Güneşli' Restaurant.
The event was attended by our Gastronomy Tourism Specialization President Erdal Çeri, Vice President Şebnem Urgancıoğlu and Sevtap Başşengil, Boğaziçi RRB President Yüksel Türemez, Fatih RRB Vice President Okan Başusta and our members.
Within the scope of the event, the story of the flavors that make up the local cuisine of the Black Sea region was told and information was given on the wrong expressions and cooking of the Black Sea cuisine.
