DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF PANAMA CARLOS ARTURO HOYOS BOYD AND HIS DELEGATION VISITED THE TÜRSAB CENTRAL OFFICE

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama Carlos Arturo Hoyos Boyd and his accompanying delegation visited the TÜRSAB Central Office on August 5, 2025, to evaluate opportunities for cooperation between Turkey and Panama in the field of tourism.

The meeting was attended by TÜRSAB Vice President Davut Günaydın, Istanbul Fatih Regional Representation Board President Gürkan Özcan, and our accompanying committee, while the Panamanian delegation included Deputy Minister Boyd, Panamanian Ambassador to Turkey Karina Arias Fonseca, and Economic Undersecretary Mario Alberto Julio.

During the meetings, it was planned to organize destination promotion events and trips under the umbrella of TÜRSAB to increase Panama's visibility in the Turkish market. In addition, an agreement was reached on signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two countries and implementing regional promotion activities.
