DIGITAL MARKETING SERIES FOR TRAVEL AGENTS: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND CYBER SECURITY TRAINING WAS HELD

TÜRSAB Academy's "Social Media Management and Cybersecurity" training, prepared as part of the "Digital Marketing Series for Travel Agencies," was held at TÜRSAB Central Office on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

The training, delivered by Digital Communications and Cybersecurity Specialist Sefa Çağlar, provided comprehensive content to help travel agencies effectively manage their corporate presence on digital platforms and ensure their digital security.

Participants were provided with information on creating a brand identity on social media platforms, content planning, strategic content creation for target audiences, and campaign management. The planning processes for social media campaigns were evaluated using examples specific to the tourism sector.

The training also covered structuring social media accounts in accordance with corporate identity, protection methods against digital threats, particularly phishing attacks, and technical measures to increase account security. The training concluded with practical demonstrations aimed at enhancing participants' digital communication skills and security awareness.

As TÜRSAB Academy, we will continue to support our members with training that will contribute to the development of our sector.
