DUBAI DESTINATION SPECIALIZATION TRAINING ORGANIZED BY TÜRSAB ACADEMY WITH HIGH PARTICIPATION
The Dubai Destination Specialization Training, aimed at enhancing travel agencies’ destination knowledge and sales competencies, was held with significant participation on February 4, 2025, at TÜRSAB Central Office.
The training session welcomed key representatives, including Sayyora Atasova, European Regional Director of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Amna Bin Shafi, International Relations Manager, and Derya Karaağaç, DET Turkey Representative. Also present were Mehmet Gürkaynak, Country Manager for Turkey, Romania, and Bulgaria at Emirates, along with Turkey Sales Manager Deniz Sümerpalazoğlu, Senior Sales Executive Elvin Ersan, and other Emirates officials.
The program, led by instructors Pınar Kartal Timer and Barış Toplan, covered essential topics such as general information about the Dubai destination, visa procedures, tourist attractions, target customer profiles, and sales strategies.
TÜRSAB Academy continues to contribute to the development of tourism professionals through its training programs.
