DURING THE EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN INTERNATIONAL TOURISM AND TRAVEL FAIR (EMITT), AN IMPORTANT MEETING WAS HELD WITH THE NORTH MACEDONIAN DELEGATION AT THE TÜRSAB STAND

Within the scope of the Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair – EMITT, an important meeting was held at the TÜRSAB Stand to discuss the development of cooperation with North Macedonia in the field of tourism.

The meeting, attended by TÜRSAB Board President Firuz Bağlıkaya, Vice Presidents Davut Günaydın and Hasan Eker, and Board Member Mehmet Akyıl, was also attended by North Macedonia's Minister of Culture and Tourism Zoran Ljutkov, Chief of Staff Irena Petkova, and National Tourism Coordinator Akkan Mahmut.

During the meeting, the strengthening of tourism cooperation between the two countries was discussed, including the organization of fam trips, destination promotion, and B2B meetings for Turkish travel agencies, as well as the necessary actions to be taken by TÜRSAB in this process. In addition, the involvement of Turkish hoteliers in the process and the provision of information to agencies regarding incentives for North Macedonia were also discussed.
