On April 24, 2024, Istanbul Topkapı University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department organized a talk titled "Gastro Conversations".
Our Gastronomy Tourism Specialization President Erdal Çeri and Deputy Specialization Hakan Çokgezen attended the interview on behalf of our Association and shared their experiences on gastronomy destination management and sustainability in tourism with the students.
