HATAY RRB CYPRUS DESTINATION PROMOTION TRIP TOOK PLACE

On 6 February 2023, a destination promotion trip was organized to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus between 12-15 November in order to revive the cooperation and motivation of our travel agencies operating in the Hatay region, which was seriously affected by the disaster that occurred on 12-15 November.

Within the scope of the trip with the participation of our Board Member Mehmet Akyıl and TÜRSAB Hatay Regional Representation Board President Mehmet Ali Aycıl, meetings were held with TRNC Tourism Minister Mr. Fikri Ataoğlu, KITSAB President Mr. Orhan Tolun and KITSAB Vice President Mr. Oğuz Akınçay on tourism mobility and transportation problems between Hatay and Cyprus. In addition, important contacts were established by visiting hotels in the region.
