HIGHWAY, HEALTH, AND MIDDLE EAST TOURISM SPECIALIZATION DEPARTMENTS HELD A JOINT MEETING AT TÜRSAB CENTRAL OFFICE

The Joint Meeting of the Highway, Health, and Middle East Tourism Specialization Departments  was attended by the Vice President of the Board of Directors Davut Günaydın, President's Advisor Ertan Demirbaş, the Highway, Transportation, Transport and Vehicle Leasing Specialization President Cem Türkkan, and the President of the Middle East Tourism Specialization Department Hasan Bayram, Health Tourism Specialization President Şehnaz Atak Askeroğlu, Information Technologies and Media Communications Group President Mesut Kanat, and  Specialization Vice Presidents on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the TÜRSAB Headquarters in a hybrid format.

At the meeting, topics falling within the scope of cooperation among the three specialized committees were evaluated; efforts were made to establish a coordinated structure in line with the defined roadmap; steps to be taken in this area, particularly regarding D2 license rentals, were determined; plans for joint visits and projects were discussed; and issues faced by transporters serving the specialized committees regarding the formation of working groups were addressed. Additionally, the meeting discussed the positive and negative impacts on the sectors, the identification of potential issues between the three specialized committees and proposed solutions, the effects of incentives on the sector, and recommendations and suggestions for the future.

The meeting continued with a question-and-answer session for our members.
