“IZMIR TRAVEL AGENCIES VISA PROBLEMS MEETING” WAS HELD

“Izmir Travel Agencies Visa Problems Meeting” organized by Izmir Regional Representation Board was held with the participation of our Board Members Engin Ceylan, Ali Yaramışlı and Izmir RRB President Kıvanç Meriç.

The meeting was attended by 72 travel agencies from the Izmir region. Our members provided detailed information about the visa problems they face and shared their solution suggestions.

In line with the opinions and demands of the participants, the steps to be taken before consulates and intermediary institutions were evaluated and a consensus was reached on the steps to be taken with a solution-oriented approach.

It is of great importance for the healthy functioning of our sector to eliminate the problems experienced especially in Schengen visa processes before the tourism season. In this context, we will continue to stand by our colleagues and find solutions.
