MALAYSIA TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY REPRESENTATIVES VISITED THE TÜRSAB CENTRAL OFFICE
Our TÜRSAB committee, attended by TÜRSAB Vice President Mr. Davut Günaydın and Board Member Mr. Yıldırım Taş, welcomed Professor Amran Hamzah, Professor of Tourism Planning at Malaysia University of Technology, and accompanying university representatives at our Central Office.
Representing our Association at the meeting, which was held as part of the University of Technology Malaysia's work on Islamic Heritage Tourism, were Mr. İlham Seyyale, Head of Cultural Tourism, Mr. Muhammet Salih Kutluoğlu, Deputy Head of Hajj and Umrah, and Mr. Ceylan Yiğiterhan, Director of Specialized Departments and Corporate Events.
During the meeting, views and suggestions were shared on the development of Islamic heritage tourism in Turkey and around the world. A productive discussion was held based on the assessments made within the framework of the study titled “Redesigning Islamic Heritage Tourism: Best Practices and Critical Success Factors.”
