MEETING HELD WITH THE COUNCIL OF HIGHER EDUCATION ON THE SECTORAL EXPERIENCE PROJECT FOR TOURISM FACULTY STUDENTS

A productive meeting was held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, with Prof. Dr. Arif Bilgin, Executive Board Member of the Council of Higher Education, regarding the “Sectoral Experience for Tourism Faculty Students” project.

Representing TÜRSAB, our Board Member Elif Ural, Chief Advisor to the President Öner Uygun, and the accompanying TÜRSAB committee participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, collaboration models and proposals were discussed to enhance the practical experience of university students studying in tourism faculties across Türkiye. The project aims to bring together both academic and sectoral stakeholders and contribute to the development of a qualified workforce.

We hope that the outcomes of this project will be beneficial for our sector.
