META WHATSAPP API AND CHATBOT TRAINING HELD AT TÜRSAB CENTRAL OFFICE
The TÜRSAB Academy Meta WhatsApp API and Chatbot Training, led by Meta Türkiye managers Can Gökhan and Burak Karagöl, was held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the TÜRSAB Central Office.
The training was attended by Disciplinary Board President İbrahim Tanrıverdi, TÜRSAB Board of Directors members Özgür Ildır Öksüz, Yeşim Yeşiltaç, Audit Board member Yüksel Türemez, President's Advisor Ertan Demirbaş, Boğaziçi Region Representation Board President Aşkın Kördal, Istanbul Fatih Region Representation Board President Okan Cem Başusta, and Middle East Tourism Specialization President Hasan Bayram, along with numerous travel agency representatives.
Designed specifically for travel agencies aiming to elevate the customer experience in the travel and tourism sector, this training comprehensively covered the technical infrastructure of the WhatsApp API, chatbot integrations, best practice examples, and usage scenarios tailored to the tourism industry. Participants had the opportunity to explore how to integrate WhatsApp’s digital capabilities into their business processes alongside Meta-certified Business Solution Partners.
At the conclusion of the training, TÜRSAB Board Members Özgür Ildır Öksüz and Yeşim Yeşiltaç presented plaques to Meta Managers Can Gökhan and Burak Karagöl.
