OUR GASTRONOMY EXPERT COMMITTEE PRESIDENT ERDAL ÇERİ GAVE AN INTERVIEW TO ECONOMY MAGAZINE "Z RAPORU"

Erdal Çeri, our Gastronomy Expert Committee President, gave an interview to the economy magazine Z Raporu. Speaking about the work to be done for tourism in the post-earthquake disaster zone, Çeri stated that it would be beneficial to complete the damage assessment works in touristic facilities, especially accommodation facilities, and to take the facilities into use gradually, and to repair the damaged infrastructures within a prioritization in touristic spots located on the routes or with high number of visitors.
