OUR PRESIDENT FİRUZ BAĞLIKAYA PARTICIPATED IN "2023 2ND HALF ECONOMY AND CONSULTATION MEETING"

Our President Mr. Firuz Baglıkaya attended the "Year 2023 2nd Half Economy and Consultation Meeting" held under the presidency of Vice President Mr. Cevdet Yılmaz and hosted by Minister of Trade Mr. Ömer Bolat.

The Vice President Mr. Cevdet Yılmaz, Minister of Trade Mr. Ömer Bolat, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mr. Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Mr. İbrahim Yumaklı, Minister of Energy Mr. Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Labor and Social Security Mr. Vedat Işıkhan and Minister of Industry and Technology Mr. Mehmet Fatih Kacır attended the consultation meeting where price stability and anti-inflation proposals were discussed.

Mr. Bağlıkaya stated that the houses rented for tourism purposes have grown uncontrollably, posing a problem in terms of security and causing tax loss, and conveyed TÜRSAB's demands regarding the rental of houses rented for tourism purposes through travel agencies, the exemption of TRNC in the credit card installment ban, the rapid closure of sites marketing on social media and on the internet by carrying out undocumented travel agency activities, and the regulation of consumer rights specific to tourism.
