OUR TÜRSAB COMMITTEE HELD A MEETING WITH THE OFFICIALS FROM VFS AT OUR CENTRAL OFFICE

The TÜRSAB Committee and VFS officials recently convened a crucial meeting at our Central Office, which is attended by representatives including Vice President Davut Günaydın, Board Member Engin Ceylan, Deputy Secretary General Çağla Elhan, Corporate Relations Group President Nergis Büyükkınacı, as well as VFS Turkey, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Baltics Regional President Nishant Bhatia alongside VFS Turkey and Azerbaijan Regions Deputy President Sertan Aslantürk.

During the meeting, several pressing issues regarding the appointment system to be open at might were addressed, including, difficulties encountered during security procedures when accessing the system, appointment loss due to payment errors, general system malfunctions, and allegations of discriminatory practices concerning personnel appointments and consulate-assigned quotas to VFS.

Emphasizing TÜRSAB's commitment to safeguarding the rights of its member agencies, it was unanimously agreed to promptly organize meetings in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir. These gatherings will serve as platforms for accredited travel agencies to engage directly with VFS officials, facilitated by TÜRSAB, to collectively tackle the identified challenges and propose viable solutions.
