OUR TÜRSAB COMMITTEE MET WITH THE CONSUL GENERAL AND VICE CONSUL GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF FRANCE IN ISTANBUL

On Tuesday, April 25, Yıldırım Taş, Member of our Board of Directors, and Nergis Büyükkınacı, Corporate Relations Group President, met with Olivier Gauvin, Consul General of the Republic of France in Istanbul, and Vincent CORBEAU, Deputy Consul & Head of Visa Department.

Within the scope of the visit, we exchanged views on the acceleration of the visa process between the two countries and the projects planned for the future that will increase mutual tourism and the expectations of our travel agencies. In addition, our members were promised that longer visas will be issued for Schengen Visa purchases through France.

We would like to thank Mr. Olivier Gauvin and Mr. Vincent CORBEAU for their close interest and kind hospitality in our Association and our sector. We hope that the mutual tourism movements between the two countries will continue to increase.
