OUR TÜRSAB COMMITTEE VISITED MURAT BAŞTOR, GENERAL DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES REGULATION

On Thursday, August 7, 2025, Cem Türkkan, Highway, Transportation, Transport and Vehicle Leasing Specialization President, Vice President Mert Mete, and Audit Director Erol Beşe visited Murat Baştor, Director General of Transport Services Regulation at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, in his office.

Deputy Director General of Transport Services Regulation Yalkın Giray Yüksel and President of the Road Transport Department Kerim Cicioğlu also attended the meeting, where important issues were discussed, including UETDS penalties and challenges in data entry, violations and implementation principles related to D2 and B2 authorization certificates, current problems with the Vehicle Tracking System, recent legislative changes concerning vehicle cameras, and waiting areas around Istanbul Airport. Possible solutions to these matters were also evaluated.
